About Tate Sullivan

Tate Sullivan is the LifePlanning Coordinator and handles document drafting, preparation, and assists with marketing for our LifePlanning clients. He attended the University of Missouri and has a Bachelor’s Degree in English; in addition, he obtained a Paralegal Certification from the University of Texas and has worked in the legal field for five years.

When he isn’t cheering on his beloved Boston Red Sox, you can usually find Tate frequenting the abundance of music venues that Austin has to offer.

Why We Do What We Do

Here is the WHY of Texas Trust Law: We LOVE taking complex legal concepts and making those understandable to our clients and their advisors so they can take action. That then allows us to bring peace of mind to our clients and their family if they become incapacitated, at death, and when they are concerned about protecting themselves, their wealth, and their loved ones from predators, problematic family members and the IRS.
