Driving Directions/Map to Austin Office

Directions from I-35:

• Exit MLK Blvd. and 15th Street, turn West onto 15th Street
• You will pass the Capitol on your left after which the streets are named: Guadalupe, San Antonio, Nueces, and Rio Grande
• Turn right onto Rio Grande (St. Martin’s Church)
• Turn Right on 16th St.

Directions from MOPAC (Texas Loop 1):

• Take the Enfield exit and go east on Enfield Road
  (Enfield’s name changes to 15th Street)
• As you cross over Lamar and climb hill, turn north (left) on Rio Grande (2nd light after Lamar @ St. Martin’s Church)
• Turn Right on 16th St.

Directions from Texas 130 (NO I-35 Driving from Georgetown):

• Take Exit 444 (FM 969 – Webberville Road)
• Go West onto Webberville Road
• Go Straight on this street to Nueces (about 9.1 miles)
• (Webberville Road becomes MLK – and you will also cross US 183 and I-35)
• At Nueces, Go Left (Stop light at intersection and P. Terry’s is on left corner)
• Go three blocks to 16th Street
• Turn Right on 16th Street 
• Go Right into the Parking Garage entrance

Directions from Horseshoe Bay (Avoids MOPAC/Texas Loop 1)

• Take Hwy 71 to Bee Cave Parkway and go left.
• Go to Bee Cave Road (FM 2244) and go left.
• Stay on Bee Cave Road past Loop 360. You will eventually come to a light at Camp Craft Road.
• The VERY NEXT LIGHT is Westlake Drive.
• Go left on Westlake Drive.
• You will come to a Stop Sign (Red Bud Trail) and go right.
• Stay on Red Bud to Lake Austin Blvd. (the road “T’s” there) and go left.
• You will pass several restaurants on your left. The first street on the right is Enfield Road
• Turn right on Enfield Road.
• Enfield Road goes through a long residential section and eventually turns into 15th Street.
• Turn LEFT on Rio Grande.
• Turn RIGHT on 16th St.

Parking Instructions:

1601 Rio Grande, #550, Austin, TX  78701:

Visitors may park only in the lower level garage accessed via 16th Street or in the surface lot accessed via 17th Street.

Please park only in designated NON-RESERVED parking spots. There is no need to pay. Please bring your license plate number to the receptionist to validate your parking. 

If there are no available NON-RESERVED parking spaces, please park on the street; the firm will be happy to reimburse our clients and prospective clients for that cost. Thank you.
